Shipped work

Three things running in public, and eight more with a written case study. Every frame is a real screen; the voice agent is a real call.

01 / Personal site

My portfolio

The site that gets me the call.

A scroll-driven portfolio with chapters, live demos, a terminal and a written case study for every project. It is the site I send people to, and the standard I bring to client work: real screens, real links, no mock-ups.

02 / Product

YourFinance

Personal finance, in one place.

Budgets, subscriptions, investments, net worth and AI spending insights, built around Indian accounts. The screenshot is the real dashboard running locally with seeded demo data; the public URL is not live yet.

03 / Voice agent

Brilliant Classes

An agent that answers the admissions line in Hindi.

Built on Dograh. It answers fee questions, explains the Class 9 Board Exams course, captures the student's details and books a counsellor callback. This is a real 59-second excerpt from the call, with the conversation left as it happened.

What I do

AI agents & automations

Software that does a job on its own: reads the inbox, fills the sheet, chases the invoice, answers the question, runs every night at three.

Web apps & products

The actual product around the AI: the interface people touch, the accounts, the database, the payments, the admin page at the back.

Deployment & infrastructure

Making it run for real, and keep running when nobody is looking at it, which is where most prototypes quietly die.

How a project runs

To begin, you describe the work. I ask what happens when it breaks, who checks the output, and what it costs you now. You leave with my honest read on whether I can help, including when the answer is no.

Then, you get one page: what is in, what is out, the fixed price, the date, and what I need from you. You approve that, not a proposal promising everything and pricing nothing.

The Click repository, with its README and security documentation

After that, I work in your repository, in the open. Weekly updates, a live URL from week one, and a message whenever you want one. No silence for a month and then a reveal.

The commit history of the Click repository

From then on, you get the code, the documentation, the credentials in your accounts and a recorded walkthrough. If you never contact me again, it still runs.

The interface, the accounts, the database, the admin panel and the deployment around the AI feature.

Every one of these is quoted in writing after the call.

Straight answers

  • What does a project cost? I quote after the call, and the number is fixed in writing before any code is written. A price on a website would be a guess about your problem: two agents that sound identical can differ several times over, depending on what they touch and how often they have to be right. After the call you get one price, one date, and a scope. If it does not work for you, you say so and I stop.

  • How long does it take? A focused agent on one workflow is usually 2–6 weeks. A full product is 4–10 weeks. Deployment and infrastructure work is 1–3 weeks. Those are the honest ranges rather than the good ones. If you need it faster, say so on the call and I will tell you what that costs in quality.

  • Who owns the code? You do, all of it, from the first commit. The repository is in your account, the infrastructure is in your account, and there is no license tying it to me. Nothing stops working if you stop paying me.

  • What if it turns out to be the wrong thing to build? Then it was cheap to find out, which is the point of the call and the written scope. If what I built is not what you needed, the code is still yours, and I will tell you plainly what I would do differently and whether I would keep going.

  • Do you support it after launch? Yes, as an optional monthly retainer: monitoring, fixes, small changes and a call each month. There is no lock-in and 30 days' notice is enough.

  • Can you work on a product that already exists? Yes. Most of the work is with existing products. I can work inside your repository alongside your team, take one slice end to end, or work entirely independently and hand it over. If you already have an app and only need the agent or the model feature, I can scope just that.

  • Are you a company or one person? One person, with contractors called in when a project genuinely needs a specialist. That means the person you speak to on the call is the person who does the work, and it also means I will not take on more than I can deliver well.
